The following General Terms of Service apply in relation to a Customer of Target Food OÜ (acting with trade name “MealPrep”) and MealPrep on the MealPrep Platform. These General Terms of Service for Food Delivery on MealPrep Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and MealPrep (hereinafter referred to as “Sales Agreement”), defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding Food Order and Food Delivery. By placing an order for Food Delivery, the Customer acknowledges having read and agreed to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Food Order made through the MealPrep Platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
General Terms of Service | means these terms and conditions applicable to the relationship between Target Food OÜ and the Customer in relation to the use of the MealPrep Platform by the Customer. |
Customer | means any user of the MealPrep Platform that has placed a Food Order for Food Delivery and entered into a Sales Agreement with MealPrep. |
Target Food OÜ | means Target Food OU, registry code 16425078, address Tartu maakond, Tartu linn, Tartu linn, Ihaste põik 22-2, 51011. Operating under trade name of “MealPrep” web: www.mealprep.global, e-mail: mealprepest@gmail.com. |
MealPrep | means trade name of company Target Food OÜ. |
MealPrep Platform | means the platform operated by Target Food OÜ which provides a Customer the ability to enter into a Sales Agreement with Target Food OÜ, where Target Food OÜ provides Food Order and Food Delivery services to the Customer. |
Delivery Address | means the address indicated in the Food Order, to where the Customer wishes to receive Food Delivery service. |
Food Package | means pre-cooked and packed daily meal varying in amount of calories per package. |
Food Order | means placed order for any of various Food Package constitution of varying meals on the MealPrep platform that TargetFood OÜ prepares and delivers to the Customer according to the Customer choices on the MealPrep Platform. |
Food Delivery | means delivery of Food Order according to Customer selection at MealPrep Platform. |
Delivery Time | means scheduled delivery time of Food Order counted local time between 06:00 am to 10:30 am. |
Customer Preferences | means variation of amount of calories, dietary, own preferences and Delivery Time |
2.1. MealPrep is a food delivery service operated by Target Food OÜ (Registration Code: 16425078, Address: Lehe tn 23, 50705 Tartu linn, Tartu maakond).
2.2. The MealPrep Platform allows customers to enter into a Sales Agreement with Target Food OÜ, where Target Food OÜ provides Food Delivery services to the Customer according to their Food Order.
2.3. A Customer may select various Food Packages consisting of varying meals that Target Food OÜ prepares and delivers to the Customer according to their selections on the platform and within the selected Delivery Time.
3.1. Customers have the right to place Food Orders through the MealPrep Platform and receive Food Delivery services according to their Preferences and Delivery Address.
3.2. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the Delivery Address, contact details, and dietary preferences.
3.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the Delivery Address to receive the Food Delivery during the specified Delivery Time.
3.4. Customers may only place Food Orders for themselves or on behalf of other individuals with proper prior authorization.
3.5. A Customer has the right to pause their food order package plan for a total of up to six months if they notify Target Food OÜ at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Delivery Time.
4.1. Target Food OÜ has the right to refuse or cancel any Food Order if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the order violates these terms or applicable laws.
4.2. Target Food OÜ is responsible for preparing and delivering the Food Order in a timely manner and in accordance with the Customer Preferences.
4.3. Target Food OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the MealPrep Platform, Food Package offerings, and prices with prior notice to the Customer.
4.4. Target Food OÜ strives to provide accurate nutritional information; however, the company does not guarantee the accuracy of such information. Target Food OÜ shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from inaccurate nutritional information or the unsuitability of food products in relation to the Customer’s dietary needs, restrictions, or preferences.
4.5. Target Food OÜ shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
(a) An incorrect delivery address provided by the Customer
(b) An incorrect phone number provided by the Customer
(c) Failure to accept the ordered food by the Customer for reasons not attributable to Target Food OÜ
(d) Failure of the Customer to pay for the Food Order without valid reason
5.1. Customers can place Food Orders through the MealPrep Platform, selecting their desired Food Package, calorie options, dietary needs, and Delivery Time.
5.2. Once an order is placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation and details of the scheduled Food Delivery together with the purchase receipt via email.
6.1. The prices for Food Packages are displayed on the MealPrep Platform and are subject to change. The Customer will be charged based on the prices at the time of placing the Food Order.
6.2. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT) and fees.
7.1. Delivery Times are specified on the MealPrep Platform and confirmed with the Customer upon placing the order.
7.2. While Target Food OÜ will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the specified delivery times, unforeseen or force majeure circumstances may cause delays.
7.3. If a Customer wishes to change the Delivery Time, they must do so before 12:00 PM on the day prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the order without a right to refund.
8.1. Payments can be made via the provided payment methods such as bank link, debit card, or cash upon delivery.
8.2. Payments are processed securely, and payment information is encrypted to ensure Customer data protection.
9.1. Campaigns may include but are not limited to discount codes, special offers, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. The terms of each promotion will be communicated through official channels.
9.2. Discount codes are personal and may not be distributed without prior approval from Target Food OÜ.
9.3. Target Food OÜ reserves the right to invalidate codes if fraudulent behavior is detected.
9.4. Target Food OÜ may suspend or terminate Customer access to promotions or the platform in case of abuse.
10.1. MealPrep collects and processes personal data for the purpose of providing the Food Delivery service, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10.2. Customers have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.
11.1. Customers may cancel their Food Order at least 24 hours prior to the planned Delivery Time. Target Food OÜ shall refund the Customer for the undelivered part of the plan.
11.2. Target Food OÜ reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if cancellations are made outside the specified timeframe.
12.1. The content and design of the MealPrep Platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing the platform’s content without authorization.
13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
14.1. Target Food OÜ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
15.1. The Customer is solely responsible for informing Target Food OÜ (MealPrep) of any food allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions that may cause adverse reactions to certain ingredients or additives.
15.2. All MealPrep menus are prepared in shared kitchen facilities where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, and other potential allergens may be present. Therefore, MealPrep cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
15.3. Target Food OÜ provides ingredient and allergen information for all meals upon request. However, MealPrep shall not be held liable for any allergic or anaphylactic reactions that occur due to undeclared or unknown sensitivities of the Customer.
15.4. Customers with known or suspected anaphylaxis or other severe food-related reactions are strongly advised not to use MealPrep services unless prior written confirmation and explicit approval have been received from Target Food OÜ.
15.5. By placing a Food Order, the Customer acknowledges that they have been adequately informed about the risk of potential allergen exposure and assume full responsibility for the consumption of any MealPrep products.
16.1. Any formal inquiries, complaints, or information requests concerning food safety, allergens, or ingredients must be submitted in writing to the official MealPrep email: eathealthy@mealprep.global.
16.2. Communications via social media, messengers (Telegram, Instagram, etc.), or private correspondence are not considered official channels and do not initiate a formal complaint or request procedure.
16.3. Target Food OÜ reserves the right to respond only through official written communication to ensure traceability, safety, and legal compliance.
17.1. Target Food OÜ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from allergic, anaphylactic, or other medical reactions caused by the consumption of food products, unless caused by proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
17.2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Target Food OÜ from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer’s failure to disclose allergies or medical conditions.
